*Restaurante La Sort..* The _Moll brothers_ are the valencian friends of the fantastic french cook *Joél Robuchon* of the "_talent éclatant_", according to the critics Millau and Gault, 1991, who now works as advisor and is reaping the benefits of long years of work and has a relentless self-discipline. Further on we will find out how this friendly relation began. La Sort opened in 1974. The typical pub of a small town like *Moraira*, habited by fishermen and the first foreign tourists and residents, attracted by the piece and landscape _beauty_. It was a financial extra to the activities of the paterfamilias, musician (he played the high sax) of symphony orchestras and circus such as Price or California. Eventually, he also accompanied Michel (_the first Spaniard that sang in the Soviet Union_) and Manolo Escobar. A Snack Bar. A little stove in the kitchen where his mother would also cook stews (a menu and tourist dishes did already exist) such as soggy rice with cuttlefish, spinach or anchovies and, of course, different types of paellas. The first *'topless'* (ladies and young women without the top piece of the bikini) could be seen around 1977. Spontaneous excursions would be organized to places like Andragó, Punta Estrella and the Cala del Advocat, where the foreign women - and some of more age from Benissa - , protected by nature, would sunbathe her top parts. Josep V. Moll (Teulada,1961) was 16 years then. With only 8 he would already prepare _pork sausage omelet_ for his friends, and when the town would hold its annual festival, he would buy food to fill the larder. >From 10 until 16 he studied in the school of the Tertiary Capuchins in Godella, a town located near Valencia, about six kilometres, but far away from Moraira. In summer he would work in his parents' business (but it wasn't until 1981 when he and his brother Joan became more involved in the business)
